We are excited to announce that effective January 9, 2023, we are renaming our products to align under a unified brand name: Cin7. The Cin7 product will now be Cin7 Omni; DEAR will be Cin7 Core, and the Cin7 Orderhive name will not change.
The changes are the culmination of the acquisition of DEAR Systems and Orderhive in 2021, says Cin7 CEO David Leach.
“The single brand with three incredible products will position Cin7 as the number one inventory management brand in the world,” Leach says. “Each of our products is uniquely tailored for a particular set of customer needs.”
Leach says the branding change will immediately boost Cin7’s growth by eliminating costly duplication of marketing, sales, and partner materials and efforts, without affecting existing products or customer relationships.
“Customers who know and love DEAR — now Cin7 Core — can be assured that the product remains the same, with a redoubled focus on usability and customer experience,” Leach says.
