The B2B payment portal is currently available for Cin7 customers located in Australia. Expansion to the US, the UK, and Canada are coming soon.
The wholesale payment portal is for credit card payments, including VISA, AMEX, and MasterCard.
For all domestic VISA, AMEX, and MasterCard transactions, we charge a fee of 1.9% of the transaction total, plus $0.30. For international, we charge 3.3% of the transaction plus $0.30.
Yes, Cin7 B2B Payments is powered by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to be PCI Service Provider Level 1, ensuring secure electronic payments.
Yes, the payment portal integrates seamlessly with all sales orders, including those from the B2B Portal. Customers using the B2B eCommerce Portal can make recurring payments within the portal checkout page for immediate processing. B2B payments can also be used to collect payment for any invoices generated in the Cin7 Inventory system.
