Feature 1: Improved UI/UX for automated workflows

Introduction:

We have made some improvements to the user experience and interface for our automation workflows, making it more intuitive and user-friendly to set up workflows for sale orders, purchase orders, leads and opportunities.

Feature 2: Reference field of sale invoice in Cin7 Core now maps to Message on invoice field in QBO

Impact area:

QuickBooks Online integration

Introduction:

We learned from customer feedback that some customers needed to show the original sale order number from other e-commerce platforms on the sale invoice synced to QBO. Cin7 Core shows this sale order number in the Reference field of the sale order, but this was not mapped to any of the sale invoice fields in QBO.

With this release, this field is now mapped to the QBO Message on invoice field. As this field is also mapped to Invoice memo in Core, if both are populated, they will appear in QBO separated by a comma.

Feature 3: Fix – Credit card payments correctly reflected in QBO.

Impact area:

Sales module, QuickBooks integration

Introduction:

Credit card payments from payment links were reflected as credit card in Cin7 Core, but synced with the wrong payment type in QBO. This now accurately reflects credit card as a payment method.
