Cin7 Summit 2025: The Growth Expedition

Ajoy is the CEO of Cin7, a market and category leader in the cloud-based inventory management software (IMS) space. Ajoy, who first joined Cin7 in 2022 as Chief Product Officer, has over two decades of software leadership. Previously, Ajoy served as Chief Strategy Officer and EVP of Product at Acumatica and has held leadership roles in Product and Strategy at Microsoft. Ajoy holds a Bachelor’s of Engineering from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, a  Master of Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an MBA from Ohio State University. Ajoy is based in Seattle, Wash.

Michelle serves as Global VP of Partnerships at Cin7 where she oversees partnerships & channel sales. She joined the Cin7 team as a founding member of the US expansion in early 2020. She has 10+ years of experience building revenue and go-to-market teams. Previously, Michelle held roles at Zayo Group, Sling TV, and DISH Network, where she led partner development, marketing, product strategy, and complex deal negotiations. Michelle graduated with honors from Colorado State University with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing. Michelle is based in Denver, Colorado.

Before joining Cin7, Fischer served as the Director of Product for Retail-Commerce at Acumatica Cloud ERP. There he led the design and development of DTC and B2B commerce oriented solutions including native integrations with best-in-breed eCommerce platforms and Marketplaces and supply chain management features for brands using modern commerce tools. He brings 20 years of diverse experience to Cin7, having owned and led a digital agency, implementing eCommerce solutions for national brands as well as designing and delivering commerce oriented features for back-office software solutions.

Prior to joining Cin7, Girvan was President and Chief Revenue Officer at FreshBooks for over a decade, playing a pivotal role in steering the company's trajectory and securing substantial financial backing. He is a global leader recognized for delivering impact at the intersection of Software as a Service and scale-up best practices. Known for his results-driven approach, Girvan excels in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies, anchored by operational excellence, team development, and a keen ability to drive positive change across functional groups.

As the Global SVP of Services and Support at Cin7, Cason is responsible for the Support and Implementation Services teams located across the world. Prior to Cin7, he held numerous post-sale leadership and operational roles in customer success, support, and services at Saas companies ranging from $50M to $600M of ARR. Before his operating career in SaaS, he spent time at Amazon, Ernst and Young and as a Private Equity Associate. Cason has an MBA from BYU, a bachelor’s degree in Finance, and is a CPA. Cason is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
