Cin7 Opens “Summit 2025: The Growth Expedition” with ForesightAI Milestone and Next-Gen Product Previews

Inventory management platform announces 160+ new partners including A2X, Conjura, Cymbio, Kickfurther, Sparklayer, and more
DENVER, CO - (August 26, 2025) - Cin7, the industry-leading inventory and order management software, kicked off the Cin7 Summit 2025: The Growth Expedition, unveiling a slate of AI-led product updates designed to help small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs) scale smarter, faster, and more efficiently. The new innovations, currently in alpha mode, are being announced on the heels of the one-year anniversary of the company’s inaugural AI-enabled solution, Cin7 ForesightAI.
According to Cin7’s State of Inventory Intelligence Report, 73% of companies plan to grow over the next year but 40% struggle to scale. To meet this challenge, 59% of professionals are using automation to manage products, 39% are jumping on the AI bandwagon, and 35% are leveraging forward-thinking technologies like predictive analytics. The company’s new releases build on this trend — helping SMBs modernize operations through tools that provide genuine value, rather than AI-as–a-buzzword.
Updates include:
- AI Labs: Cin7 is establishing an AI Lab dedicated to experimenting with new features and capabilities. The Lab will share early concepts with customers and partners to gather feedback, refine functionality, and identify the most impactful solutions. Features that prove successful will then be embedded into Cin7 and rolled out to early adopters.
- Ask Me Anything (AMA) Tool: Customers often need quick access to specific business reports. This new AI-powered prompt enables them to pull real-time insights — from sales trends (e.g., commonly bundled products) to product performance (e.g., most frequently returned items). Included at no additional cost with all Cin7 versions, the tool delivers faster results in tables, graphs, downloadable graphics, or CSV files.
- Shopify Connector V2: Over half of Cin7's customers leverage Shopify, the world's fastest-growing e-commerce platform and the leading direct-to-consumer solution for emerging e-commerce brands. While Cin7 has offered a Shopify integration for years, the new version enables faster and easier support for Shopify's latest features. Additionally, the integration's performance is enhanced to accommodate customers with high sales volumes or extensive SKU counts.
“The data is clear: companies want to grow, but scaling is where they hit a wall," said Ajoy Krishnamoorthy, CEO of Cin7. “Our AI-led product innovation is intentionally designed to help companies not just manage growth but scale it efficiently, without the typical bottlenecks or risk. The proof is in the pudding: Since launching Cin7 ForesightAI, customers using the solution on average have seen a 40% decrease in overstock, demonstrating the power of AI-driven inventory management. And this is only the beginning. Already, we’re seeing customers use our solution to cut complexity, improve decision-making, and free up resources to focus on what matters most – their growth.”
Additionally, Cin7 is proud to report growth since last year's Partner Summit, with 160+ new partners added with the launch of the company’s agency and accountant program this year, along with new ISV partners including A2X, Conjura, Cymbio, Kickfurther, Sparklayer, and more. Recipients of the Cin7 Awards will also be recognized at the Summit’s Awards Banquet on Wednesday, August 27. Winners include customers and partners who are pushing the boundaries of innovation, solving complex challenges, and driving remarkable growth.
