  • Cin7 customers turned operational excellence into serious growth. With our Food & Beverage customers, their GMV grew 24% year-over-year.
  • American businesses on Cin7 grew GMV 34% year-over-year—making it our strongest regional performance of 2025.
  • Stockouts dropped from 6.35% to 4.51% for active ForesightAI customers during 2025! They unlocked millions in recovered sales by having the right products available when customers wanted them.
  • Overstock value decreased by 25%, freeing up substantial cash that was previously tied up in excess inventory and redirecting it toward growth and profitability.
  • 700+ integrations connecting Cin7 customer’s entire tech stack seamlessly.

Cin7 Pay Changed Everything

Remember when getting paid meant juggling multiple platforms and waiting forever for funds to clear? Yeah, we got tired of that too. So we built Cin7 Pay and launched it in April. Now payments are embedded directly in Cin7’s platform! It’s faster, simpler, and way less stressful. 

We Made Financing Smarter

We expanded Cin7 Capital in the latter half of the year with new AP financing options and prequalification features. Translation? More flexibility for you to manage cash flow and seize growth opportunities without jumping through the traditional banking hoops. Because cash flow shouldn't feel like a puzzle you have to solve every month.

Taking Data Safety Seriously

Here's something we don't take lightly: your trust. That's why achieving SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance was such a big deal for us. This isn't just another certification; it's a promise. We Wrote the Book (Literally)

In July, we released "The 2025 State of Inventory Intelligence.” We surveyed 530 product sellers worldwide to understand how small and mid-sized businesses actually manage inventory. No fluff, just insights from the trenches.

The findings? Teams lose 16 hours every week syncing inventory across disconnected systems. That's 104 workdays a year! But businesses using AI and automation are saving an average of 15 hours per week, reporting 78% fewer stockouts, and cutting operational costs. Then came Cin7 Summit 2025: three days of hands-on workshops, battle-tested advice, a standing-room-only ForesightAI session, and major announcements from our product and leadership teams.

Our Partner Ecosystem Absolutely Exploded

Speaking of community, let’s talk about what happened with our partner program this year! We welcomed 80+ new partners across Accounting, Agency, VAR, and technology categories. That's 70+ new ways for you to get more value from Cin7, 70+ new integrations and services designed around your actual needs.

Our partners showed throughout the year including Summit! They invested heavily through sponsorships, and continue to push us to be better every single day.
