Cin7 Capital
Cin7 Capital offers quick and affordable business financing options from inside Cin7 Core.
Cin7 users can now apply for a term loan or line of credit from within Core/Omni, in addition to the existing invoice financing offering.
To apply for financing, navigate to Integration > Financing > Cin7 Capital and click on the Open the Cin7 Capital funding portal button. Walk through the onboarding and financing application steps. Following the application, you will get an email notifying you of the decision within two business days. You can review the decision information and, if approved, accept an offer from the same page where you applied.
Businesses can only have one active financing type at a time. Existing Cin7 Capital users who have active invoice financing may switch to a term loan or line of credit, if desired, by emailing help@kanmon.com.
Account settings
You can now assign one or more co-owners to take account owner actions if the account owner is unavailable or leaves the company. Co-owners can contact Cin7 Core Support to change the account owner or reset 2FA.
Co-owners do not gain any other account owner permissions, such as locking and unlocking users, and this does not affect the co-owners other user permissions.
Intelligent document recognition (IDR), Sales module
Document recognition technology automates data extraction, replacing manual entry processes. Cin7 Core allows you to import sale data from received purchase orders, converting it into sale orders within Core. IDR extracts data automatically using AI, which you can then map to corresponding sale order fields. Mapping is remembered for orders from the same supplier, making the process more efficient and automatic every time.
IDR can now extract sales data from .jpg, .bmp, and .png files as well as the previously supported PDF files.

eBay integration
Cin7 Core now supports products listed on eBay from 2009 onwards. Previously, products older than 3000 days would be skipped. We recommend to select no earlier than the year your first product was listed, as checking for older products slows down the downloading process.
QuickBooks Online, Accounting
Synder is an accounting platform focused on e-commerce. It connects sales platforms (like Shopify, Stripe, Amazon or Etsy), payment processors, and your accounting systems, reconciles your payments, and syncs transaction information to QuickBooks Online. Some of our customers turn off sync from Core to QuickBooks so they can reconcile everything in Synder. Now, Synder returns the reconciliation information to Cin7 Core, so you have a clear view of which sales and transactions have been synced with QuickBooks and which have not.
Shopify
Cin7 Core sends a tracking URL back to Shopify when it is available. Previously, this included the tracking number. Some of our customers prefer receiving the tracking URL without the tracking number, as this is also sent as a separate field. With this release, you can choose the option you prefer, with or without a tracking number attached.

RMA portal
We’ve improved the RMA portal to allow searching by Reference number as well as sale order number and invoice number. This is to support sales from ecommerce channels such as Shopify which provide a different order number, which is automatically stored in Cin7 Core’s Reference field.

RMA is no longer supported as a part of B2B portal, and this section has been removed from B2B portal settings. Please sign up to RMA portal to continue using Cin7 Core’s RMA features.

Avalara integration
Avalara integration now supports auto-synchronization as well as manual sync, including setting sync frequency and sync start time. The UI has been updated for clarity and consistency with our other integrations.
Account settings
Cin7 Core requires each mapped account to be unique. Previously, Core was checking if GRNI/GINR accounts were unique even when customers had inventory accrual disabled. This limitation has been removed.
Reports
We’ve added a new report to analyze co-manufacturing expenses and how they contribute to the cost of your finished products. Co-man purchase operations are not currently included but will be added in the near future.
