When your customer accepts a quote Cin7 redirects them to our PCI-compliant, SSL protected Payment Portal. There, they can either select Accept and Pay Now or Accept and Pay Later. Also, our Payment Portal is fully responsive, scaling perfectly to any computer, tablet or smartphone screen.


If your customer wishes to pay right away, they have the flexibility to make a deposit or pay in full as per their negotiated payment terms. Once a payment is received:


Cin7 emails a receipt to your customer and to internal staff. You control who in your organization receives these receipts (ie, accounts receivable) so they can work on the next step in the process.


Converts the quote to a sales order, recording any payments already made. You can also determine the stage to which the sales order proceeds (Build, Ship or Dropship),


Lets you import the payments to Xero, making it super easy for your accounts team to reconcile payments
