Cin7 Ranked “Market Leader” in Inventory Management Software

B2B platform acknowledges Cin7 popularity among business software buyers

AUCKLAND – August 13, 2019 –  Cin7 was named among the highest highest-rated vendors, or “Market Leaders,” in the FeaturedCustomers’ 2019 Summer Inventory Management Software Customer Success Report. 

The report, issued by FeaturedCustomers, gives insight on real customer preferences regarding inventory management software and also listed BrightPearl, Vend, TradeGecko, Wasp Barcode, Finale Inventory, Storis and Slimstock in this highest category. Market Leaders were defined as vendors with a substantial customer base and market share. Factors taken into consideration included ratio of customer-reference content, content quality score, and social media presence relative to company size.

FeaturedCustomers is a Florida-based customer-reference platform for B2B business software and services, helping potential buyers research and discover business solutions through vendor-validated customer-reference content including customer testimonials, success stories, case studies, and customer videos. The platform influences the purchasing decisions of B2B buyers in the final stages of the buying cycle.

Other vendors named in the report were awarded “Top Performer” and “Rising Star” status. Top Performers, vendors with a significant market presence and enough customer-reference content to validate their vision, included Orderhive, Unleashed, ASAP Systems, Sage Inventory Advisor, SellerActive, StitchLabs, SkuVault, IntelliTrack, and Acctivate. Top Performer products were highly rated by customers but had not achieved the customer base and scale of a Market Leader relative to company size.

Rising Stars were Clear Spider, AdvancePro, Snapfulfil, Ecomdash, Systum, SmartTurn, and Ordoro. Rising Stars were defined as vendors who did not have the market presence of Market Leaders or Top Performers, but had been around long enough to establish momentum and a minimum amount of customer-reference content, along with a growing social presence.

Report Methodology
The 2019 Summer Inventory Management Software Customer Success Report was based on more than 1,800 pieces of verified customer-reference content, with an overall customer success score determined by a weighted average of customer, social, and company scores. In total, 25 vendors met FeaturedCustomers’ minimum criteria for consideration.
